I called him and asked his side of the story, and he tried to lie. He acted like nothing happened and I said the intent was there, but he got caught. I told him he disrespected my space and equipment and reminded him that it is a health care facility and what he did was completely inappropriate not to mention unsanitary.

He apologized and wants a second chance, but I said he needs to find someone else to do the audiology from here on out. He didn't want his boss to know, but I said he needed to give him some reason why he couldn't be in my office, and it should not reflect negatively on me. He says he told his boss he was caught making out w/ his fiance and b/c of his juvenille behavior someone else needs to cover that office. I really don't think he told his boss, but he is gone, and I feel better. No more sexing on my tables, no more Maxim magazine on the back of my toilets, and no more sexual comments directed at me. [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/bannana_purple.gif[/img] The guy is just a hog.

No second chances. I feel that if you let people get away w/ things, they will always take advantage of you and escalate their behavior. I ended it now b/c he crossed the line, and that was just wrong.
