Do you plan to rent for a few months in S Fl to really know a neighborhood b4 you buy.. and then when you buy, make sure the place is big enough for your family to become snow birds [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/grin.gif[/img]

We have family to stay with in Florida until we find a house to buy. So that will give us time to find the area we want to live in as well as the perfect home. I do know that it has to have at least 4 bedrooms for my family to come and stay. [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/70371-jump.gif[/img]

Loops, they actually commented on the landscaping of the front and back yard. [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/70371-jump.gif[/img] They loved it! It was a mad rush to cancel my Fall enrollment at GW University and meet application deadlines for the new school. [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/shocked.gif[/img]
