Thanks to all of you for your input here yesterday. It really helped me to decide as I was a bit "tore up". LOL

I took your advice and contacted him. He could not stop apologizing even when I said continually...no problem. [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/blushing2.gif[/img]

I sent him a "Get Well" basket filled with cool stuff, such as games, candy, mints and...uhh, TUMS. [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/70374-lipsrsealed.gif[/img] [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/704555_dwl.gif[/img]

He was very grateful. We decided that we would extract the best parts of the date and completely forget the "incident".

Our next date is planned for Saturday...where we will spend the day volunteering at a fund-raising at my son's school. [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/70458-applaud.gif[/img]

He is really a GEM and I am really feeling him. [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/blushing2.gif[/img] [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/desdentado.gif[/img]

this sounds like a GREAT start
giving up a Saturday probably means there isn't any one else
and the best way to meet someone compatible is to have a friend introduce you
