I have met people that I think I know or have met before, when that's not the case.

I have met people who I have felt an instant connection to.

But I <u>do not</u> believe that I've had a previous life.

I guess believing that I had a previous existence (in what form? - I'm not sure if you're going there) goes my Christian faith... for this belief would be 'reincarnation', wouldn't it?

Yes I guess it would be reincarnation... I understand what u are saying... mi girlfirend swears that she has lived in Africa in another lifetime... she says that congo drums drive her into a frenzy and sometiems she can feel teh dirt under her foot and she has like these memories of a life there...

plus she love har man dem black till dem purple...

I don;t know- she is usually very level headed and I have to give soem credence to what she says.

So Astral projection is when your spirit leaves your body and goes on a journey right? do u have to do anything special for that to happen or just deep concentration?

I thought a doppelganger was like a spiritual twin or somethign like that?

hmmmm... mi fren seh dat - she have nuf man weh har spirit tek - but wan time she meet dis man an it was like a connection that was otherworldly... and she knew he felt it too...

they could not be together becasue of circumstances (geography being one) but she seh that maybe they not meant tobe together in this life but she knew they were in another and thats why they were so familiar and comfortable and deep with each other...
