As obvious as them feel comfortable ... mind you that comfort level might lead to them being labeled or looked down on but some are ok with that.

My thought is the scratchee should make it obvious only to the prospective scratcher not to the world to the point that anyone listening...even perfect strangers know. It should never be THAT obvious.
