ok -so mi used to work furda dung south wid a chick - lets call her Simone... so mi an Simone became pretty close over a 3 year period... go hang out, beat 2 juice, compare dating lives etc.

She is a pretty woman, have long black hair, perfect teeth, decent body, and approx 5.6 or so...

anyway - she went through some wickid drama and decided to move to anedda state - so she pack up har wan pickni an move widin wan monts time... well dis is where de story stawt.


Afta all de drama dat Simone went troo she decided dat she need some God inna har life so de fuss ting she do wen she move is fine wan church weh she like an jine up.

She call mi at least once a week an mek mi know wat ah gwaan... she fine a nice apartment, cute guy at work, annoying new coworkers, nice school fe de pikcni - the usual...

so like bout de 4th week or so - she call mi EXCITED!!!
she met someone and him is just about every ting that she ever wanated in a man, and him like har to an dem talk pan de phone nuff BUT... dem have to kinda keep tings on de downlow becasue of his situation...

I was like - aawww hells no - dis heffa done went and got hitched up wid ah marrid man after all de drama she has been through \o/ - but ti turns out I was wrong...

anyway - turns out that mr wonderful we shall call him Roy is the pastor at her newly found church... hence - things have to be kept on the Downlow... Roy doesn;t want anyone within his congregation to get wind of the romance until they are fairly sure that it is going somewhere...

Simone is in seventh heaven... she has now upped her calls to me to 2-3 times weekly... usually after they have had a particularly juicy talk / date / church service \o/
She is certain that she has found her soulmate and that God led her to this state, and this church just for the express purpose of giving this wonderful hunk of manhood to her...

so somewhere in the midst of all this phone calling she decides that he and I MUST meet over the phone so she calls me and then gets him on the 3way. as far as I can remember the 1st call is prety mundane. He sounds pretty normal to me except he keeps gushing about Simone and keeps saying things like... "how did your friend get to be so smart / cute / sweet (insert the adjective of choice here)"

Everything seemed to be progressing well... Simone had settled into her new job, her new church, her new state and was highly anticipating being crowned the 1st lady of the congregation.

OK - it has now been 6 months since Simone and Roy staretd their hot thing and Simone is still in 7th heaven...
As it turns out Roy is the pastor of 3 churches, owns several homes and profiles in Mercedes Benz, BMW's etc.
Thsi little pastor is LIVING LARGE...

By now I have managed to glean some back ground on him... he was married once before, but no kids so no baby mama drama an fetch this... the ex wife is still a member of his congregation \o/

I couldn;t quite wrap my head around that one but hey - to each his own, he seemed to be treating Simone good and she was happy.

so one day around teh 6th month she calls me and does not sound her ususal self - so my antennas go up... "What's going on?"
well turns out Roy had either gone on a "business trip" or taken a vacation without her - I can;t remember which it is now - in either case she wasn;t happy that she had not been invited along. So I tried to think of plausible scenarios to allay her fears, but I don;t think she really bought them.

Anyway - he comes back and by now he has introduced Simone to his inner circle of male friends as his woman an ting... so he gets back an they get together with a group of friends and somehow it comes out that he had "company" while he was away... he tries to explain it off as "church" business.

Simone is too in love at this point to question anything but my spider sense have moved from a tingle to a full blown alert and of course she is NOT entertaining it.

well to wah mi hear (memba seh all dis is 3rd party info mi ah get) - wan ah de guys who was wid im an BTW all his 'boys" are like deacons an stuff inna de church to made reference to sumaddy name Ellie (ar supm lakka dat) who was apaprently wid dem pan de trip an wen seh inquire as to who it was... im tell har seh is a ooman weh run wan tv station or supm an waan run ah series ah church service pan de station... so dem did have meeting wen im was whereevaa im was.
