This is of course a very extreme example but if a man was so shallow as to reject a woman when she was overweight, should she reject him now that she has lost over 100 pounds and she's smoking hot?

No, this woman was 100 pounds heavier. She lost the 100 pounds and she is now modeling. She did a cover for People Magazine too.
At the beginning of the video you see here when she is heavy and later you see her after the transformation.Comment

Might I add that no where in the video the woman spoke of being rejected by a man when she was overweight... You're interjecting that as a topic of discussion whilst it was never even mentioned by the young woman in the video you posted.

Okay - let me get this right: [queue Jeopardy ding ding music] she was overweight, he rejected her but he's still with her, she lost a ton of weight and even tho he rejected her, she's still in a position to reject him. but if she rejects him, will she still be with him? that's what i want to know.
