Absolutely Fluffy. I had an example of this last night. I attended an event. An attractive man from the Caribbean got up to present a clip from a movie he is developing. Spoke well, clean cut, nicely put together. He was born in the Caribbean and has lived in the UK, Canada and the Caribbean. So far so good.
