Yes CB. The patient already have that option, in a way. If the doctor keeps them waiting too many times, they can walk out (telling the doctor the exact reason why), or use another doctor that is less run like a meat market.
Of course the question of collusion among doctor’s offices comes into play. Aren't you going to just run into the same situation at the next Doctor's office?
