A true friend would understand. If the friend is feeling neglected, I would scheduled a convenient time during each week with the friend specifically for catch-up. Also, explain this to your significant-other. If he is a true man. and you have a secure relationship with him, he will understand your need to keep link with your GF, assuming she is not negatively meddling in your relationship.

i say that to my friends all the time. wen i am with him i dont want him to spend the whole time chatting on the phone so i dont do it to him either. i am very big on that. even wen i am with my girls they cant be on the phone for long i just dont like that. if i am with nebody at all the phone just has to wait. my time with u is my time with u. go have u blasted phone call another time!

girl friends should understand this. my girls do it to me all the time as well and i dont feel no way.

as soon as she free she will call...plus ladies lets face it...our phone calls to each other really arent that important most times. we just love to talk.
