The British High Commission in Kingston rejects more visa applications than any other. The UK immigration policy at present is designed to make it very difficult for anyone from Jamaica to be admitted to the UK.

This may be amusing to everyone. But does it not concern you all that the UK immigration policy views Jamaican citizens as public enemy number one.

May be if one of your family members applied, with good intentions and was rejected for flimsy reasons, you may feel somewhat different, or may be not.

The "I'm alright Jack" mentality is alive and kicking.

I was starting to think that this may be a Christian young man and he only has love in his eyes for this woman, she may look very good for her age, and his intentions from a Christian prospective are true. Then after reading closer, i saw that he took her to a BAR on their first date, so i had to scratch that idea. Sadly, I am leaning on the side of those who feels that this may be a ruse. Come one now! This is a healthy, handsome young man (according to the article), with a JOB in Jamaica. You are trying to tell me that some fine young thing in Jamaica has not staked a claim on him in all that time before he met this British lady? Then my question would be. What is wrong with him? Terry McMillan's husband immediately comes to mind. Anybody gaydar going off on this one?
