It, the flirting has been going on since October, but keep in mind that I only see him about 3 times a month. And I was gone most of December....so since October I have only seen him 5 or 6 times and spoken to him on the phone maybe 10 times....but the phone calls are always professional.

age doesnt matter unless you are 25 and he is more than 3 years younger than you. After you hit 30 you are definitely allowed to go a "little" bit younger.
