What I can never understand is 2 people are having sex or they about to have sex and u do the whole foreplay thing whatever it is that you do and both are naked and u all up on each other sexual body parts are touching and only when he is ready to go inside before he puts on that condom. what about body fluid that may have encountered before the act i can never understand why people feel that they cannot contract something by that means.

I think the condom should go on before any physical contact
