Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom, reports E! News. Rumors of a split have been rampant since this summer, when reports emerged that Odom allegedly struggled with drug addiction (which he denied). Tabloids have obsessively covered the reality show couple’s rocky year: In August, the NBA star, 34, was pulled over for suspicion of driving under the influence. Shortly after, he reportedly entered rehab for a day before leaving. Earlier this week, Odom struck a plea deal in the DUI case; Kardashian, 29, officially filed for divorce on Friday. TMZ posted the court papers, which cite irreconcilable differences.As reality TV viewers may recall, the couple tied the knot in 2009 after dating for a month, with much skepticism from Kardashian’s family. All the drama was chronicled on their E! reality empire, as well as spin-off “Khloe & Lamar,” which lasted two seasons. Odom – who has openly talked about his difficult childhood – was generally seen gamely putting up with his in-laws’ camera-loving antics.
