Jan is a socialworker
She and Ron jus began dating
So during a conversation he mentioned an ex that he said that he has remained freinds with
So when she heard the name she realized that the ex was one of her clients so she told him not to mention to his ex that they were dating and he agreed and she told him why he was not suppose to.

So few days after they had the conversation Jan had an appointment with Ron's ex and she said as soon as she walked in the womans living room (the ex is a foster parent) the ex blurted out that Ron told her that they were dating so Jan said she handled it professionally as she could.

So after the appointment was over Jan went over to Rons house and confronted him about it and she him she cant continue to see him while his ex is her client and the case will be closed in April so Ron.

So Ron said he can wait til April as she told him that seeing him at this time can jeopradize her job.
So she told him she will see and left it at that and went home.

So the next morning as she walked into her office the phone was ringing off the hook. Yes it was the ex called her very upset cause apparently Ron confronted her in public and was shouting and swearing at her in front of his and her friends for telling Jan that he told her they were dating.

Jan then went and told her manager which IMO was the right thing (the manager cant take Jan off the case as Jan been dealing with that case for over a year and it will be closed soon. She told her manager that she has made a decision and that she was not gonna see the guy even after the case was closed.

So after work that day Jan went to see Ron and told him in no uncertain terms that she will not see him ever again as her has broken her trust and that he has put her job in jeopardy.

He told her she is putting her job in front of him and that so unfair. Jan says she is still sticking with her decision and Ron wont stop calling and texting her.

The ex is a Foster Parent and Jan has to make decision of wether she is fit to take care of the 2 kids that the ex now has.

Ron has demonstrated twice that he cant keep private information private.. that alone is good enough reason to stop seeing him but he also demonstrated he does not know how to discuss issues without making a scene.. a major dealbreaker in my book

she did the right thing by seeing the caseworker right away
