Your friend may have a point, being brought up reliously can have something to do with your out look on sex. There is a way to teach and there is a way to try and frighten ones. That's not being frigid. Frigid women put no effort into pleasing their partners and they themselves find sex to be more of a nuisance than anything...

No! The marriage slowly broke down and there was a lot of stress and strife before it finally ended. It took some time, but she started dating and enjoying all the things she missed out on by marrying so early.

The jamaican religious aspect to sex is traumatizing. I think it good that she has been able to get over this and get on with her life.
