dont you haffi maintain weaves, just like you regular hair
mi mean as in wash, condition, etc.

mi asking, but mi really nuh know atall. Mi cut mi hair about 2 months ago not thinking that mi inna high training season
mi cyan just pull mi hair inna ponytail and done like before.
mi getting ready fi have mi hair braided in the next 2 weeks and mi asking nuff questions bout hair adding and maintanance. cah a di fuss time mi doing di weave thingy.Comment

i hear you cause mi figet dat is humid season and my hair starting to grow back but it not long enough to do anything with other than wear a cool looking bandanna or cap.. I feel you too except it may be close to a year before it reach shoulder length again (if i dont cut it again)If you don't fight for what you deserve, you deserve what you get.

Me and my husband watched the hair show where hairdressers switch salons. I had no idea how they did weaves until we saw one Black salon teach this Japanese guy how to do it. The only thing they said was he used to much gel, but other than that he did a great job.
I can't see how that would be healthy for your real hair.Comment

maintenace depends on the style and quality weave. i find curly/wavy take more time and more products to have it looking nice and not tangled and matted. straight is less maintenace. this one i just brush and spray and go. and if i so desire and can curl it up.Comment

Yes, mi have to agree wid yuh. Mi have one curly weave inna mi head ya now an if mi nuh deal wid it a morning time, it wi look mash up like annuh juss friday mi put it in. if a neva troo de hair did so expensive mi woodan tek it out already.
Straight weave is the best fi low maintenance
