Has anyone, north of the US sunbelt, tried light therapy? The reviews of the therapy are pretty good not only for treating SAD* but also for help with problems of focusing and lethargy. When I go to my client's office, I work in an office without windows. In addition to the standard office florescent ceiling lights, I've added a standard 3-bulb floor lamp near my desk which helps with task lighting but I think I need more natural light.
