the fabric of the dress is wool guipure(backed in satin) , which is a kind of lace used in haute couture

mi wasnt feeling ms biden knee boots at all fi the event remind mi a palin

Now why would she wear something like that in 20 degree weather?

But if that were the case, then she would have on a coordinating outfit. NOT a business suit with pumps and no stockings.

LOL @ Jaded. Membah me say me nuh love hose. Maybe once or twice a year me put on a pair. If the occasion calls for it, I wear them.

Anyway, she always look incomplete without the hose.
