Natural Hair....

The journey is great. The hair is beautiful, but the struggle is real. What natural hair products have you been working with?

I am using argan oils, morrocon oils, indian help, olive oils and coconut oil. I work with shea moisturizers and pink lotion (gonna stop using that). Gonna get olive oil moisturizer.

Current hairdo which I do each week is a cornrow out....curly wig concoction....

anymore naturals?

Hi Fluffy I use shea moisture, and As I Am, condition once a month with pure Castro oil, I twist each night and pull out in the morning

I do need a deep shampoo & conditioner for miss thing that does not contain sodium lauel sulfate as well as any dyes. Any suggestions.

and a good detangler cause her hair love tangle up so must start fresh daily

every night you twists? lawd mi couldnt bother.

I do cornrows one week, a protected style the next.
I wear scarfs. I do all sorts a things.

But I really love the natural hair.
I buy my hair oils at Dollar Tree but my moisturizers in hair stores.

Mine is wash n wear so am ok until it gets colder out then it is blow dry diffuser time

Just keeping the handling to a minimum and moisturizing and sealing. Protective styling is the order of my day just because I don't have the energy to do more. Yep I buy cheap products for my hair just because the expensive ones have proven to not be worth it.

There is an argan oil treatment that I use that works really well.

Cantu leave in conditioner, shea butter, eco style gel, coconut oil. It depends on my energy level I might do bantu twist.

London drug but I think Walmart has them too as they carry that brand. Not sure where in the states you will get them.

I've been natural for 9 years now. My hair texture was very kinky so I could do so much with it. Now that I'm in my 50"s my texture is changing. Some parts straight some part kinky. That's why me twist most nights in about 8-10
