nail maintenance

soh after mi birthday mi prammise misself seh mi aggoh pamper myself a bit more.

there i went to the nail shop and asked for the uv gel gel on top of my own. now my nails grow very fast. i can't stand seeing the gap between the new growth and the gel sitt'n.


and i find i have to go for a re-fill evey two blast striking weeks

which would amount to $50 extra pan mi budget. how often do you guys go?

i just like the look and now i'm hooked.

but mi have a friend who was trained as a manicurist and she do ar own.. ah wonda if she give lessons so u can dweet urself

I go every 2-3 weeks depending on which tech did my nails.

I get acrylic with a uv gel overlay. French manicure style. No tips.

cost's me 21 bucks for a fill and 38 if they have to re-do the white. that's about every 2 months.

I dont get my nails done anymore. Must be about 6-7 years since I did a manicure.

In the summer I do a pedicure every two weeks, in the winter about once a month, French pedicure it lasts longer.

i dont do the fingers anymore either.

in the summer i do my toes...in the winter i just try mek sure seh the heel dem nuh cut me up at nite

and yuh know something, i am gonna stop getting my toes done in the winter because that is 20 every 2 weeks, and since I am not wearing sandals mi muss can dweet miself. although I do like the pampering now and again

for the whole year that would be 520 for toes

I rarely even get a pedicure in the summer and never in the winter. I mostly wear sport socks in the winter and use vaseline foot therapy or sittin like soh in name. My heels stay soft like baby's bum
