aye sah..what we do to maintain healthy tresses..long or short..

what's your hair care regiment like..what's the most amount of time yu spend washing, condition, etc

between every thing..I spend over 3 hrs each time I wash..

i wash it daily...sometimes i skip saturday.

other than that...i comb it. sometimes even twice a day!

same here, I wash mine most days if not wash then rinse and condition. Brush wet with leave in conditioner and air dry. but I only comb mine once a day

as mi sweat inna mi head when mi work out.
mi wash every other day.
usually it have leave in conditioner in deh.
mi blow dry/flat iron ahn dem tings deh if mi going somewhere.

thinking of doing braids for a couple months.

except fi seh eena de winter when mi wash mi blow dry/flat iron as it too cold out deh and mi hair is short so it curl too short fi just leff so. When it dry and curled it is close to the nape of my neck now

Same here and it takes hours upon hours to dry.

Wash twice/week and twist to let it air dry. The whole process (including showering ) takes maybe 1/2hr.

Mi usually wash once or twice a week but lately mi get very very lazy and wash every other week...and no it nuh smell because mi mek mi locs dry properly. Yesterday mi give it the royal treatment and even curl it.

Yuh know, mi suffa from extreme dry scalp an alla de dis an dat mi used to use fi try combat it, use to be so wearisome... an pon top a dat mi used to always set&amp;dry - de whole ting used to tek hours man...

Now mi find a shampoo whe work wonders an mi cut out pon de whole eep a products... mi nuh use hair-dryer (unless it's a very special occasion) an mi nuh roller set...

De end result is, aldoa mi still perm mi hair, it is so much easier fi keep whe mi jus wash twist and go... It feels and looks great too!

once a day when am showering, towel dry with leave in conditioner, let it dry naturally. That can be a pain in the winter as I have long hair, then hairdresser every other week for a professional condition and whateva else she advise
