i dont tink so. cool bean tell mi seh u can buy it at health food store or pharmacy. she never tell mi bout no presciption.

plus wen i talk to the doc he said it was just a suppliment....he never offered a prescription.

mi a deep condition mi hair wid extra virgin coconut oil an avocado...lawd help mi if di pear noh wash out as mi have some where special fi goh in 2 hours

less dan $5 dem dat mean seh it no good. nothinc so cheap cyan work dem breed a miracles weh mi ere oonuh a talk bout.

i went to safeway pharmacy and dem never have it. dem had some kinda vitamin b that contians biotin so mi never buy it. mi affi go go out a mi way now fi fine health food store. safeway seh dem could order it but mi no able go orda wrong sinting. mi want go a di store an seet fuss.

I tried BlackIceQueen's avocado recipe 2-3 times; I blended the ingredients in a blend until the mix had the consistencey of very rich cream or Body Shop skin butter. Once it's well blended, it's easy to rinse out.

okay the avocado gets 2 thumbs down from me. you know the veins in the likkle black pear dem dat dem have up here well a tink all now some a dem still leff inna mi hair.

Evan noh badda try it because it wi neva wash outta yu locks.

I think perhaps if I had blow dryed the hair it might have help.

but that being said, my hair did come out very soft

maybe if I blend it......

If you just mash the avocado with a fork, it will be too chunky.
