is it really worth the price?

today one man stop mi inna di mall and try sell mi some. him put on some foundation dat was really reaaly nice. mi like the eye make up too. foundations $95 mi granny. afta tree no grow inna mi face

him seh him woulda sell mi it fi $65 but dat still dear man. and $50 fi 3 jars of eye shadow.... mi nat even know if dats a deal or him just a sweet mi up fi sell mi sinting.

so who is the make up expert around her???? Bizzzeesha?

I wouldn't know the 1st thing bout makeup. Mi only wear chapstick and lipgloss.

well fuss of all why you wouldan waan buy makeup from the "higgler" man weh a walk foot inna mall ? is he a makeup artist or juss one man weh a walk bout a sell tings ?

second, if yuh a guh buy maakeup, go to the makeup counter, get a makeover this way yuh try out the product fuss and mek sure yuh skin gree wid dem.


last, mineral makeup come in all price points, the original being "bare minerals" I believe.

now maybelline and dem offer mineral "lines" for cheaper than the 95 the man a quote yuh, not even bare minerals cost 95 dollar

he is a makeup artist. at one those kiosk in the mall hall ways...

mi coulda never pay sumuch fi makeup. no sah. him claim seh his foundations last a year but dotn they recomend u change foundation every 3-6 months?

yes dem have kiosks dung yah but we nuh buy from dem cause gawd eeh knows when dem a guh teef yuh money and nuh open up dem kiosks one day.

see here out kiosk sell tings like proactive, watches, flat irons, tupper ware....cell phone companies...even if the kiok move u can still find the store else where. its just as if dem had a permanent spot in the mall...

i bought some of the micabella mineral stuff. not impressed. you can't travel with it because the stuff floats up through the holes and it makes it impractical for use.



you also need a real steady hand so you don't end up needing big red shoes and a rubber noze to complement it.

the colours are very vibrant tho

and you can use the powder for eye, lip and nails, but yu haffi buy di sitt'n dem sell fi convert it.

Personally, I go with Clarins blush and foundation, Maybeline mascara, and, don't judge me, I actually like Avon eye shadow. Lipstick is Max Factor or Clarins or MAC.</span></span>

yes them have the same set up in our malls and mi notice dem agressive wid dem recruiting ... and dem all have accents from a certain place

gungo nuh baddy nah judge down here man

avon makes some nice things and not everyting inna we makeup bag haffi expensive. drugstore/pharmacy brands are some of the best on the market. mix and match brands and price points
