the majority of them probably wear it so that they can go in the water and supervise the children...i usually see my neighbour sitting on the side of the pool,while her dawta in the shallow end. With this gorgeous burquini she could be in the water splishing and splashing with her kids.

i never see a pool have a rule that all clothes must be form fitting before ..is only in france dem have this rule?

well hey...why are we knocking these women??? At least they don't let their religion get in the way of them enjoying the water...

as for your regular Christian weave wearing black women...they don't swim unless they have their hair in braids...so mi hear.

actually, i think the weave thing contribute to obesity among young black women. i was watching one a dem wife swap show, and this white lady was trying to get the black kids to some activity, and boy was all into it but girl didn't want to cause of her hair. i think it involved some water play. girl was already a lickle stout.

CB, ur right, some of the reports i see some muslim mothers said they were tired of sitting on the sidelines while others enjoyed the water, so them glad fi di burqini, which allow dem to enjoy themself while observing dem religious rules.

apparently in france speedos is mandatory for any man wanting to use a pool, loose fitting trunks are not permitted.

o dear. i wonder if it was really street clothes. problem with the burqini is that it fava street clothes fi true. a woman could wear it from her yard to the pool and most people wouldn't think she wearing swimwear.

yu know seh the weave wearing an di creme hair really hold alot of black women from doing certain activities? When I used to hit the gym everyday after work mi use to hate that my hair gets sweated out...and mi had to wash mi hair often..and yu know how dat go wid creme hair..we are really slaves to our hair..

and u know i never had that issue

as long as my hair long enough to put in ponytail or whatever, i cool.


even when i had a short cut me would guh gym or exercise same way and i either wash more frequently or it just stay how it stay.
