Oil of Olay and Dove Soap

I met a lady the other day in a store.
I was buying soap and I only use Dove and Oil or Olay
She told me she dont use those brands because of religeous reason.
She says they contain pork.

i do know oil of olay gives you milia but never heard the religious aspect of these products.

There are even some toothpastes that use the fat from pigs to create the gelly look

the gel deruived from the pigs is not fat. it is the liquified tendons andjoint capsules. it can be extracted from all animal.

I have a friend who is both religious and vegeterian who is from Sri Lanka. Her and hubby buys their soaps tooth paste etc at some Adventist store. You should see me snicker inside when she buys McDonald's french fries. "so many things she eats outside are usually fried in vegetable fat. She might as well eat a cheeseburger too.
