Kids coats and jackets

any recommendations on good winter coats/ fall jackets/raingear for the 8 - 13 set?

I dont like the 4 in one jackets because the sleeves get stuck and kids complain about it.

mi usually just get them from gap/old navy but bean and the odda one usually have nice ones, only thing is that she cant try them on.

i have been looking for a raincoat now for bout 1 year. kissteet. maybe mi should juss drive guh uppa maine guh see if i can find one.

How about a poncho? I know they aren't stylish but they are roomy enough to accommodate a backpack.

thanks Lex. so far I have been using the cheap ponchos from the drugstore, roomy and long, but they get ripped so easily.

If I could get a sturdy poncho that is knee length or longer that would be ideal.
