So, am I forgiven for the shorts? [img]/forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img] Luckily it was not a cold night, but it was very wet. Wellies are not sexy, though.
I actually preferred the second one (much more yummy), but wore the first because it gave me more tummy room following my gorgeous dinner. I could not hide the post-prandial paunch otherwise [img]/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] .
Things have changed considerably in the last three years (it has been that long).I was overdressed to start with, apparently. A few people wore JEANS!
I could not believe it. How could they be let in? And not posh jeans..I mean, the jeans you wear when you can't be asked to make an effort jeans. And to crown off the tackiness of the evening, a guy had a LONG jheri curl... I swooned from the horror of it. And he had friends too, who could not really have wanted him to pull. A sleazy guy (I am freak magnet) slithered up to ask for my mobile number the moment that my boyfriend wandered off Weird staring head bobbing guy...if you see him, shoot him.
You know, I should have done more research...this is carelessness on my part.
But I enjoyed myself...really. I think it the booze helped [img]/forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img] . Next time, I think I will try something a bit more upscale. Thanks for the advice. I have decided that I need to start wearing vamp heels again. Just so people know I mean business...Comment

in future tho if you don't want that toxic feeling for every drink have a glass of water that way you don't get dehydrated which is what caused the cottonwool feeling [img]/forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]Comment

Coolbeans, I think that any pictorial evidence of my presence in the forementioned establishment was best avoided [img]/forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img] .
Sue, the boyfriend TOLD me to drink some water and take some paracetamol before bed, but you see, I was already IN bed, and the kitchen seemed so very very far away. To be honest I thought I was going to die, and that it was prob'ly best not to move.Comment
