Wearing Layers and Thermal Underwear
Trying not to look too roly-poly means not wearing traditional thermal underwear, which seems to add an inch all around, at least visually. There are some new thermal underwear types that are silky yet still add warmth. These go on top of other underwear. If you dress in layers, as you should to deal with the cold, you will be stripping down when you reach your destination, possibly to the clingy silky thermal underwear top -- depending on how much of a sweat you've worked up on your walk and the indoor thermostat. This should aid in your decision as to what to wear under it: sports bra for extra warmth or regular bra for better figure. Because you will be wearing a shirt, preferably a turtleneck, a sweater or sweatshirt, and a coat, the added grams of material provided by a sportsbra probably won't make much difference. If you can't handle thermal underwear, at least wear a pair of tights and leg warmers
