need to get them act together

u know how many times I get excited to see a sale email from them...order shoes...only to get a cancellation notice cause the shoes are not in stock

they need to update their database so u know in real time what sizes and colours are available so a person doesnt get their hopes up only to have it dashed away

Mi neva have that problem unless mi in dem store. So what mi do is order online and have it sent to the store...that way I take advantage of the free shipping. If it come ahn mi nu like it again, mi get the refund at the store and the store put the shoes on it shelf.

i think the cross border thing affects me too. They do check the one store that is here to fill orders but it is a really small store as well so I dont know how their stock goes most time.

I wont buy directly from the store either. The prices here are 30 to 40 dollars more than what I pay online in American dollars, and when I factor in shipping costs
