I know it is not your favourite place and sometimes of the year it isnt mine either but it is going to be in a beautiful location ... just off from icepalace so you can get in and out without going though the maze plus if you go during the week between 10 and 12 the only thing happening on ice is seniors skating and not too many tourists.

okay so that is Phase 1 which is near Zara's
Parking at the Bay isnt bad like in Phase 3 etc.
so that is doable
