Children's shoes and clothes?

Why do parents buy some of these grown up looking clothes and shoes for their kids? I was sitting down at a restaurant the other evening and this girl that was 2 years old had these high heeled sandals on. [img]/forums/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif[/img] She could hardly walk in them I knew she wasn't older than that because of her language skills.

Her sister was about 7 and she had a cute little pair or patent leather shoes with a little bit of heel. [img]/forums/images/graemlins/70402-thinking.gif[/img] [img]/forums/images/graemlins/70384-praying.gif[/img] Especially at the park you see all kinds of inapropriate shoes for kids.


Clothes, I was trying to send my friend's daughters who are 12 and 14 some summer clothes last year. Every pair of shorts that I saw were so darn short I couldn't believe it. [img]/forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif[/img] They dress real modest and there was no way I was going to send them anyway. [img]/forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif[/img]

yes some of the clothes are quite precocious looking.. mi have one likkle girl whe live nex door whe love dress big and a tell mi seh she naw play wid mi daughta again sayka she too likkle.. mine u de pickney inna kindergarten and mi daughta a year behind ar.. de likkle girl know de latest fashion and can barely read. My daughter teach ar de letters and sounds de odda day when dem a play go fish

sue..mi know seh yuh post dis cause yuh know seh a sinting weh hat up mi head all the while..I waan write one letter guh send gap....fi the batty rider sinting weh dem have and the whole heap a low rider fi 5 year old...
