Me too. I will try to purchase products made by Black folks if I can, but whatever works best to keep my hair and scalp healthy is what I use.
My current favorite for deep conditioning is a line called Ojon - it's not available everywhere, but each person I've had use it loves it. I purchase it online but it's also available at some Sephora stores as well. Natural hair, locs, permed hair . . . it's the most moisturizing product I've ever used and everyone agrees. The only thing that I've heard it doesn't work for is natural hair that you want to press - it leaves too much moisture in the hair. Imagine that . . . too much moisture! I'm lovin' it !
