for the life of me i will never understand why the black yutes dem nowadays (& some latino)wear their pants below their azz cheeks & some have their pants waist around knee-level...

some say it stems from jail when they didn't give belts...

Well actually he is correct,the style originated in prison,when you enter any jail/prison your belt is taken off you incase you are tempted to hang yourself,also your shoelaces are taken too,guys were walking around prison with their trousers hanging down and their pants showing,so eventually they turned it into a fashion statement as a finger up at authority.
