Every other day mi rinse and a good wash every saturday...speaking of the mayo/avocado/olive oil conditioner...mi use it saturday pon mi hair and spent practically the ole a Sunday picking out all kinda stuff out a it from the avocado, but all and all the hair feel nice and moisturize.

Wow... you ladies sure are blessed only having to wash your hair weekly.... must save you tons of money in shampoo and conditioner... I sooo wish!!!
