1st off u skin going tun ashy so buy some shea butta from the africans dem NOW.. Wear layers..

Now mi know fi a fack dat a bush u lib inna so how much walking u do outa door.. you may can just get weh wid jacket as u go fram garage to mall.

Still have to dig out the driveway leading to the garage, though. Matter of fact, if the car is in the driveway, it means less shoveling.

Get shea butter for your lips-the white, odorless type.

buy wool-the warmest fabric.

Try to get some wool slacks and sweaters.

CB mi nevah know seh is Alaska yuh deh...you will be driving everywhere so really all you need is warm coats...and if you inna the cyar wid ie heat..yuh gwine hat inna the coat...

if the children have recess outside they need warm coats and if them a run up and dung them might get hot

so warm coats..but I find that these work very well too ...all weather parkas might be a good idea too

Also keep in mind the outside/inside factor. Outside will be cold but in the house and at your job it will be warmer. So if you dress for outside you'll sweat inside. The suggestion of layers is a good one, you can always remove one or two when it gets too warm.
