Yes TPT nose did get nyam owt by cocaine an it collapse. So she got some kind of temporary nosejob done as a proper nosejob couldn't have gotten done and be healed time for the wedding.

For me she is the only one who had any style at the wedding. Lose the hat and she's good to go.
