With exception of kettle and mask, I do do those things in shower twice a week. Exfoliate with Wexler product. After toweling off I use toner (CVS brand for sensitive skin) then moisturize.

Appt with facialist twice a year includes extraction.

these are the only things i go to a professional to have done
buzz my head every 6 wks (i'm on 2 months of growth and feeling reluctant to shave it off)
mani/pedi every 4 weeks
electrolysis 2x per year

anything else i do on my own...

I used to dye every 3 months, but now whenevrer I have the energy. In sandals season, every 3-4 weeks pedicure (May-. Oct./ Nov.) I don't like mani, too much bs for 6 months after; nails weak and breaking/peeling. 'Forget eyebrows---I have too few to bother about.

What is involved in at-home facials? I used to visit a facialist more frequently but she used the glycolic thing once and my skin burned and itched for weeks!

she used too much glycolic acid she should start low and then move up the dose I guess?

You had tips? I would think the weak nails &amp; ting would not occur with a plain mani or even wid CND Shellac (which is what I have)
