Natural Nails

Seem to be in again I have noticed most magazine cover models have natural or natural looking nails. Thank G cuz mi caan keep up wid di weekly/biweekly manicures

I like a little color on my fingers and toes, but I'm ok with the natural look too.

I tend to get my "natural" painted on as well. I find it works out better if I just have clear than one of those fake looking pink tones with a white tip that doesn't look like liquid paper..

yep mi always love do mi american manicure..french wen mi feeling "bold"

caan believe mi use fi waste $ wid dem damn designs back in di day..an mi nails use to grow so long wid di acrylic...is a wonder mi cudda did peel banana

i do my nails myself, and just go to get pedi

and when de spirit tek me, me do my own pedi, me do a better job dan dem,

nails is easy, and my nails grow nice and strong, and i hate long fingernails, med length filed blunt straight, and i am good to go

a one ting dow, de acrylics mek de polish stay long pan ur finger.....

mr ctry say, every odder night me haffe a do nails,

i keep finger nails free of polish & dem ting dere and den get pedi

I like simple pedi..foot soak, scrub and if in the mood the paraffin den polish and done

girlKia got her 1st professional pedi yessideh.. she was most impressed with teh massage chair

I used to wear acrylic nails too. At first, I couldn't pick up a penny off the floor. Eventually, I adjusted though.

I am so glad I am over that phase. When I had them removed, my nails were paper thin until a whole new nail grew in. Now, they are hard like toenails lol.

Sista, I had forgotten about how long polish stayed on acrylic nails.

I have never been good at polishing my own fingernails. I think I try to use too many things - base coat, couple of layers of polish, top coat. They take forever to dry. 8 times out of 10, I end up having to redo something. I have tried cold water, drying sprays, and thin polishes but I still usually screw it up.

For some reason, I am really good at pedicures, but I prefer to have someone else do them.

So, I just include manicures and pedicures as part of the cost of maintenance of Tulip.

Aww, girlKia is becoming a young lady. Once she gets hooked on that chair, it's hard to go back.

I walked into some random nail salon in NYC and the lady came stepping to me with a massaging foot basin like I have at home. I couldn't believe it. i was in Manhattan about 6 blocks from Times Square and you mean to tell me they didn't have the chairs?

i hear u Tulip, a true, it depends dow on the polish, the one i am using now a cheapie, seem to dry fast, must be after a while u have to throw dem whey, and it no matter if dem expensive or cheap, me use to buy ESSIE and dat stick to, and tek long fe dry, so it depends,

recently...my pedi dem did a get pan me nerves, is like dem no waan badda fe tek time and mek dem pretty, just hastey haste, cha

me do my own pedi, and it come out looking nice
