I don't hate it, and I have certainly seen her wear some outlandish outfits. This is almost tame.

I like a lil flutter every now and then but it's too much piled all over the whole skirt. I could deal with it if there was a little bit at the base of the top and hem line or something lie that.

I love the skirt. Not crazy about the top, and the shoes are just a pair of pumps.
