Would you wear any other color besides white or ivory for your wedding?

My friend is getting married in June and she plans to wear her favorite color...Green. She plans to have her bridal party wear white and her groomsmen white tux.

What are your thoughts? Which color would you absolutely NOT consider?

Black, orange, pink, peach, blue, purple, green (even though that's my favourite colour), yellow, burgandy, ------ (fill in all other colours except white or ivory)

LOL @ Compry.

Coolbeans, she is only 34, he is 37 and this is their first marriage, no children on either side.

She said it will be a pale green but I am not sure.

<span style="color: #3333FF">I was just thinking about this the other night. I figured, it's my wedding and my day, I'll wear what I want to. But in the end, it would probably be white with some color in it.

been to an evening wedding a while back and the bride wore an absolutely smokin' [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/70377-loveeyes.gif[/img] red dress [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/70409-waytogo.gif[/img]

ETA: it was the first wedding for both bride and groom.

Saw a wedding on the sands of Ocho Rios at the end of last year. The bride was stunning in Gold...
