oonu help mi spruce up miself nuh

mi not even know where fi start. mi maybe 30 lbs from mi goal pre-pregnancy weight & wearing pregnancy clothes caw mi nuh have di courage fi try nutten else. mi also wear mi yoga clothes.

mi have a few dollars from a gift cert to a high end mall.

point mi to a few signature pieces weh can get mi thru this patch.

some of the yoga pants just look like regular pants (a little bootcut-ish) so I would still wear that with a button down shirt or tunic and cardigan with ballet flats for Doctor visits and running errands (belt the cardigan)

not sure if I would buy anything new. I wouldn't buy anything expensive that nah guh fit mi after mi lose the weight. Still mi know xmas a come with parties and pictures.

H&M, Zara, Forever 21, Mango, Aritza have inexpensive pieces that can work


Dresses might give you the most bang for your buck because you don't have to wear and find separate pieces. Dress it up with tights/boots/heels for the holiday parties. Fabric that will give a little. Throw a fitted cardigan over the dress with a belt to define the waist.

Sweater dress
Knit wrap dress


ovah by you cold now ? maybe some nice flat boots for the winter.

shop your closet first to see what is in there and what fits and put them all in one section, this way you know what still works, and then add the new pieces to that section.

mi know mi have a few piece that should fit mi again. mi not obese but wid di ivf and told not to run again mi did start bulk up b4 mi get prignant. mi will go shop inna mi closet tonight and tackle di rest of ur suggestions later dis week if mi ever come outta dis house again :-/

Gen, mi nuh do a ting yet . it amazing how mi time is not mi own. but i did manage to kinda look destent dis mawning when mi was taking him to the doctor. mi wear wan deep bright purple frock, textured gray tights and mi brown uggs.

mi a guh recycle dat outfit when mi go visit work next week

yeah, mi getting some new cute clothes fi mek di running more enjoyable mi sistren work a nike so she got perks.

mi only hesitation is that mi asthma gwine kick in caw it cold and is long time mi nuh run (but mi have mi inhaler so dat nuh too bad) but di odda ting is that di cold mek di skin pon mi thighs burn and itch and when mi scratch it it worse. mi nuh tink is lactic acid but mi haffi go research how fi prevent that

Glad to hear that you plan to get back with the running cause that is the ultimate fat burner and get you right back into shape.

Mi used to get that same itchy feel way down underneath the skin but it was the heat wey did used to trigger mine. Mi nuh know but it's a long time now I haven't had it..thankfully.

yuh can also use a &quot;belly band&quot; over your pants to help with the fit
