Curly Hair Routine

On my way to cut this curly head of mine This time I am trying out the Deva Cut ting. And then I want to style it like this lady here

Anyway I had a hair cut and styling with a DevaCurl stylist today. And then I bought the conditioner and anGel ... with option for full refund in two weeks if mi change mi mind

Shi tell mi to dash weh mi hairbrush dem

And another thing. This is for alla unnu who never tell mi bout DevaCurl

and why we need fi tell yuh bout devachan when we post bout curly hair care down here nuff time ?? oh yuh was on sabbatical dem times

basically, curly hair is dry and needs tons of moisture, avoid products with sulfates, deep condition treatment, always use a diffuser and yuh good to go. a hair brush is good to smooth the hair if you use the natural bristles and want a ponytail, but those spiky brushes will break your hair and disrupt the curls

I do it everyday for likklegen.

I tend to have oily hair. I've always kept it short growing it out only twice in my life ... college and now. And forget about blow drying dat tek too long and I just like to wash, scrunch and go. One thing though, it is going to be hard to resist brushing my hair.

oily hair-yuh only should be putting the conditioner on the ends then

after you work in your styling product (assuming you use any) leave it to air dry and don't brush or scrunch.

scrunching will disrupt the curl pattern/definition and then yuh look like wet rat

and dont figet yuh pillowcase

yuh can see the difference after yuh went today and the picture uppa verandah. today the curls look very defined, hydrated and springy

And dry hair with micro fiber cloth ..

Yes, it is still working. I went it to get the DevaCurl cut, i.e., cutting my hair when it is dry instead of wet, and then ending up buying two products: the conditioner and the gel. I brushed my hair this morning for the first time since Wednesday - bad idea as I brushed out the curls and mi hair look like streggeh
