k....I do not like being called *fluffy* when I go to JA anymore.... I want to lose my marriage+babies+stress lbs....been working out 6 days/week for a while now and I lost 10lbs already...
I know I may be overly ambitious but I would like to return to my high school weight of 115 ...BUT....in reality I know I would appear to be anorexic so I should stick within the 130-140 range...125 if I really push it....
seeing that I have some serious poundage to shed should I do cardio only or do a combo of cardio and weights? I have been doing both so far and have no problem but I think I have been building muscle instead of burning fat which is what I want to do right now...

dem call mi but now dem seems to prefer fluffy
Mi feel physically stronger....mi running (slash walking) a mile in 14 minutes...runners doan laff afta mi it is a huge accomplishment fi me
and mi do a mix of cardio weight...mostly cardio but at least once a week mi do weights....
