I am being FORCED to eat Healthy... Not really, I try to eat healthy because of the Diabetes.. I am now only eating MEAT and VEGGIES.. NO CARBS WHATSOEVER. My sugar is wayyyyyyy out of control..the numbers are a little scary, the effects of the meds I am taking for Herniated Disc (Pinched Nerve) is wreaking havoc on my Glucose, but overall I feel pretty good without the carbs. Its been a week and a half now and I have lost 10 pounds..
Not a lot of veggies I like, and they have to be fresh,,not canned or frozen.. so I am about to turn into POPEYE with this Spinich.. but I like it and I am trying more seasonings since I have given up salt too.
This is for 30 days, if it still feels good, I wll continue.. The biggest thing I am missing is my POTATOE WHEAT BREAD Oh the HORROR
mi been eating bad....not going over mi calories or nutten...just eating di wrong tings, eating too little, and waiting too long to eat. mi days longer and busier
aside from di fact dat some a mi baggy dem a drop off...mi bra dem not fitting even wen mi do di last hook dem...all day long mi have to be adjusting di girls
