Do you drink milk?

I stop drinking cows milk a couple years ago and feel better for it.
I drink rice milk though. I stop after i find out seh milk is nuttin but mucus from de cow an how much ting in deh nuh good fi wi.
We as humans are the only species that drink another animals milk.

Actually this is not true. Cross-nursing among different species does indeed exist.

On the topic of milk, I don't drink milk because I have never liked its taste - it makes me gag. I will, however, add it to coffee or tea.

I only put it in my tea BUT stopped doing that 4-5 weeks ago to see how it would affect my allergies. I felt much better and stopped taking allergy meds.

Then mi start put it back inna mi tea and could barely breathe


So now mi might use half &amp; half in my tea once every 2 weeks.

almond milk, coconut milk, soy milk aka non animal based milk

grown animals do not drink milk

I drink soy milk and am pleased with it. Only thing i can't stand is flavored versions of milk and sometimes I find it hard to find it plain.

I'm planning to try rice milk and then see what else I want to try after that.

I don't know under what circumstances other grown species drink milk, but if push came to shove, I'd take cow's milk in my cereal over the human milk alternative.

Nor cooked food just because the other animals can't light a fire or soap just because the other animals lick themselves clean.

Yes. I drink Milk. All kinds.. 1% 2% regular.. Tried Soy Love Almond Milk

Milk is a must for me. I tend to be calcium deficient

take calcium magnesium pills at night if u are low in calcium. If you are low on vit D then take a supplement as well.

I was low on vit D and is D3 pills I take 5000 iu

I have the Vanilla flavored one and it is sweet. I use the plain one too but to transition the kids I used the Vanilla
