plantain tarts were here...them gone now.
i would like to lose about another 10...dunno how long that will take. In the meantime I still exercising and "sorta" logging on MFP

work mess up everything but I am trying to get back on track with my exercise which is basically none existent. Still trying to eat the right things and breastfeeding soon done so I will soon be able to stop adding back the calories when the supply run low... Still want to lose about 15 lbs but if I can lose 10 inches the weight wont even bother me so much.Comment

Friday I did the Tabata workout from Supreme 90...tough but only 38 minutes
today i did this one
tough! I sat and watched him for the last 5 minutes like this
discovered that the dancey ones or those that have fancy choreography are just not for me
so either do interval training, strength training or treadmillComment

CB yu was doing so good wid logging on daily..to be honest MFP is not a big priority for me...I made lifestyle changes and they are working..i just go on there to visually see my weight loss on the chart..plus it also shows me if i am slacking when the weeks go by and i am not losing anything...
Twiney don't beat up yuself...make small changes so you won't have to feel pressured to keep up wid di big ones when your life gets hectic
caan tell when last i work out but oh well...still losing and feeling great!

I log on daily to read the boards for motivation and I really feel better when i exercise (and body parts get tighter and lifted) so i continue with that
Just started back logging yesterday....trying to do it consistently for the next 30 daysComment
