yes... I have been on allergy treatments all year
usually I can stop but the symptons flare up

are you at least using a neti rinse
clear the sinus passages and the wheezing will slow down because the allergens not getting in your lungs

is the greenery..up here u see di spores juss flying bout di place...mi tekking steroids fi di wheezing and di coughing..nutten else work...mi flonaise, claritin, benadryll etc mekking no impact..if ongle wen mi tek di steroids orally dat di wheezing went away..mi going to Jamaica to see if mi have any relief..dat wi tell mi if is up here no gree wid mi...Jah know mi neva ha dis much problem in mi life...sometimes mi can hardly ketch mi breathe...a di fuss time mi a go yaad n naw look fawud to some kiki...mi a time miself fi di next dosage of steroids...mi a tek dem fi a week straight fi see if dem work...mi is a yaadie...no like tek drugs but mi haffi try dis...di wheezing lass nite frighten me...mi cannot develop any COPD problemd...naw,,,mi see peeps wid dat n is no joke...pon di side, mi ha some whiskey wid lemon n honey

it is from the poplar trees Evan, that annoying white fluff, and you probably wheezing because you are inhaling it when you go outside. unavoidable when it is windy.Comment

i don't know if it was allergies but couple weeks back in Montana, my eyes were itchy, burning, and I was so drowzy feeling. A allergies that?

den a so much a dem deh tree deh bout...is like a parade wid confetti di way it deh bout di place...it is killing me fi real....mi sista seh mi fi go n see if di change of scenery help mi...den mi wi know if is dat...odda dan dat mi wi haffi go tru dat grueling allergy testing...wich i am NOT ready fi do....

i wake up some mornings wid blood on my sheets an my body covered in scratches.....fi real...di worst was wen i took the grater to scratch miself...i still have the scars from it....using some steroid creme to get rid of the marks....Comment

Allergies can develop in adulthood or when you move to an area with vegetation that you are sensitive to. You never know you have the allergies until you actually visit or live in the place...
Now, you have to start paying attention to the fruits and veg you eat as you could develop a sensitivity to them once the pollen allergy kicks in. Peanuts, pitted fruits (plums, cherries, peaches), raw carrots, apples, etc. can all of a sudden become your worst <span style="text-decoration: line-through">friends</span> enemies. ETA: See Peasie's thread about cross-reactivity.
Another tip: pollen collects in your hair so either rinse your hair before bedtime or cover your head completely with a bonnet or scarf at night; this can can make it easier for you to breath and sleep at the same time.

funny u mention hair cause i find miself smelling mi locs...fi real...as to washing dem daily i would drown from water log... but yes i am going to have to stawt wrapping dem Bobo style more often...couple times i could swear i was still smelling greenery about me..at first i thought it was the dogs but the smell was closer..so i was smelling i locs...
and yes i am finding that certain foods i am used to eat , dat dem mekking me itch after eating dem..dang....juss yessiday mi seh to mi sista dat mi mite be ending mi life living in a plastic bubble, di way mi itching wid everyting..mi was joking but now u ha mi tinking...

As for the dogs, they also have pollen in their coats. Bway, missis, yuh a guh suffa. I really sorry fi yuh.

hellllll no..di steroids mekking mi puff
up..mi deh yah a wonda how mi face a look sooo moonish...an odda places plumping up....ongle to be reminded dat dis is one of the effects of tekking steroids
plus some increase in appetite...i dont think i have dat but mi do look puffy
