Tried some new things and working out so far

Doing some more switch ups and pleasantly surprised that my taste bud is adjusting
Been doing wheat boiled dumplings and I really LOVE them!
Sometimes I cheat a little and just put a dab of white flour in the mix to get it to come together better

Then mi fine wan old treasure mi had since di 90s. Looking for something inna di pot cupboard an lowe an behole mi goh buck up pan mi stove top grill.

Been grilling Vegetable on the stove top and mi nyaming it up like it a goh out a style. Love it more dan di steam veggies cause mi get fi season it up

Next time mi do someting on it again mi wi post di pictra

yes, whole wheat boiled dumplings have a nice, nutty flavour. much tastier, imo, than white dumplings.

Now that I am doing grilled veggies..gonna try grilling asparagus

Exced ..is garlic butter some kinda butter? Right now I use PAM Butter flavor for grilling.
Dat naah goh mek it taste good?

By the way this is what I sued to season the Vegs on the grill ..made it real tasty

Yuh know how much tings mi woulda haffi chop up to equate to all di herbs in that one bottle ? .. Is ahrite mi a go di more economical /convenient/ lazy route.

you can use the garlic butter,smart choice it's low in cholesterol

you can also put fresh garlic and butter in you chopper and grill them with it

By the way you don't need too much seasoning, you will kill the natural taste, or a that you a try do

Unu keep on talking about butter. I don't want to add fat if I don't need to
And the seasoning is just for taste. It's just herbs... no salt added.

Mi wi try chopping up some fresh stuff inna di chopper on days mi have time..but no butter

GRILLING Time again

Mi was back pan di stove top grill laas night. Grilled some Zucchini, Squash, Mushrooms, Yellow peppers, and carrots. Mi really love grill carrots Mi was neva wan to like carrot ..only when it juice.

Trowed in tree pieca chicken and carn as well
