I don't remember whether it started with blueberries or Noni fruit or Acai, but there are so many super fruits (and super foods) that I am now fairly skeptical of their claims.
And then there is the onslaught of information that dark chocolate, red wine, kiwi, quinoa, watermelon, and who knows what else

Me? I eat a lot of berries - blue and black - for the claim that they are high in phytonutrients and antioxidents and that they will fight off any know disease and aging
